1. General
Use of the website ayit.io ("the Site") is subject to the terms set forth below. The service is operated by Avraham Barda, registered Israeli sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) No. 043492230, operating under the trade name Ayit Cyber Security ("we" / "the company").
Browsing the site, filling out forms, contacting via email, or scheduling a meeting — constitutes acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Purpose of the Site
The site serves to present Ayit Cyber Security's services, enable contact, and allow scheduling of a discovery call. The site does not provide specific cybersecurity advice — the content of the site is a general description of services only.
3. Not an Offer
No content on the site constitutes a legally binding offer for a transaction. Actual engagement for our services is based on:
- Discovery call (free, no obligation)
- Written, detailed quote for the specific project
- Engagement contract signed by both parties
Only after contract execution do our service delivery obligations take effect.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the site (e.g., "Starting at ₪2,500 per training session") are starting points only. The final price for a project is determined in writing after a discovery call and scope analysis, and will be provided in a formal quote.
The site does not have a direct purchase mechanism. All engagements happen after a personal call.
5. Services Covered
Services detailed on the site include, among others:
- Cyber risk assessments
- CISO-as-a-Service (CaaS)
- Penetration testing and Red Team exercises
- Privacy Protection Law & Amendment 13 compliance support
- ISO 27001 readiness support
- Security awareness training
The definition of each service is detailed on the relevant service page. The scope, deliverables, and specific terms are determined in the project contract.
Penetration testing and Red Team engagements: Any engagement involving active security testing requires written authorization from an individual with legal authority to authorize such testing on behalf of the target organization and systems. No testing activity is undertaken without that authorization in place. AYIT assumes no responsibility for unauthorized use of test results or for actions taken on systems outside the agreed scope.
ISO 27001 support: Our engagement supports the organization in preparing for a certification audit. The certification decision is made solely by an independent, accredited certification body. We do not represent that engagement of our services will result in certification.
Response times: Unless expressly stated in a signed service agreement, no response time or service-level commitment is implied by these terms or by descriptions on the site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including texts, images, design, logos, marks, and trade names — belongs to Ayit Cyber Security or its licensors.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, translate, modify, or publicly display the content without prior written consent.
The name "Ayit", the logo (the eagle), and the brand symbol are the exclusive property of Avraham Barda.
